Dallas Inner City Wineries: Times 10 Cellars

As usual, I caught off gaurd co-owner, Rob Wilson of Times Ten Cellars in T-shirt and shorts with my unannounced visit. And just like the first time me met, he graciously took the time out of his very busy schedule to talk to me which I really appreciated.

Time Ten Cellars makes light, fruity, refreshing wines which are great with simple meals or just for sipping during a relaxing moment after work. Although Times Ten Cellars have a location in Dallas, to better serve the inner-city area, they also have a Tasting room in Fort Worth.

My visit with Ron reinforced the severity of the 2013 grape harvest and just how catastrophic it was for Times Ten Cellars as it was for the other Texas Wineries and Cellars. Listen to Ron on the video below as he explains Time Ten Cellars reasons for existing.
