Structured Rosé Wines

Rs2 :  Light tannic wines of structure.

Synonym: Blush, Pink, Rosé, Salmon

This category is less often seen because request by the consumer is fading. This is a pity, because it is probably the most interesting family of rosé wines. Their aromas are generally more expressive and their flavors are generally more intense, almost similar to that of a light-bodied red wine.  These are truly wines that goes well with a meal.

Harmony: Aperitifs, buffets, white meats, summer picnics, pizzas, bar-b-q, deli …

Temperature: 50 – 55°F / 10 – 13°C
